Property Transfer Tax Payable on your Transaction
When you acquire an interest in a property registered with the Land Title Office, either through purchase or other means, you or your legal representative must file a property transfer tax return and pay the applicable tax, unless you qualify for an exemption.
First Time Home Buyers' Program
