Associate Notary Public
Ryan was commissioned as a BC Notary in June of 2022. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, before going on to complete a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies at SFU. He joined our team in 2023 and is a staff notary at the office. His background in banking has provided him with an invaluable wealth of information to share with both the office as well as clients. Ryan primarily handles the office’s estate planning and feels rewarded when clients let him know that he had turned what was once thought to be a daunting task into an effortless one.

Legal Assistant and Office Manager
Valentina joined our team in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and moved into her current role of office manager and real estate conveyancer. Bringing a deep understanding of legal procedures and real estate transactions, Valentina plays a key role in supporting clients and coordinating vital aspects of real estate closings. From document preparation to managing office workflows, Valentina provides essential support to the firm's team, ensuring the highest standard of client service. Valentina is currently enrolled in the Paralegal Certificate program at Vancouver Community College.

Jade joined our team in 2022 as a receptionist and legal administrative assistant. Since then, she expanded her role to include real estate conveyancing. Whether you are calling in with a legal inquiry or looking for us to assist with your real estate matter, Jade aims to create a friendly and smooth experience for you throughout. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Legal studies, with aspirations of soon becoming a notary herself as well.
